“An Important Change in Hometown”

If you could change one important thing about your hometown, what would you change? Use reasons and specific examples to support your answer.
======================================================
If I could change one important thing in my home town, I would change it by doing something concrete to stop the violence. In the following paragraphs of this essay, I shall elaborate my viewpoint.

The violence is the biggest enemy of the mankind and it is destroying not only my hometown but the world rather. I would like to have a better and peaceful place to live. I wish everybody would help each other and would not fight or kill fellowmen. I wish I could replace the narcotic drugs, tobacco products and alcohol with food, milk and water because innumerable children are hungry and they die of starvation and thirst every day. I would love to help the homeless because they don't have any food, water and shelter or any place to live. If the people by large, stop smoking and/or consuming other tobacco products, they can live a disease free and better life. Smoking and consumption of other tobacco products cause “Cancer” and “Oral Fibrosis” which are dreadful and life taking. I wish the children could go to schools, and have proper education, in turn they would listen to their parents and their teachers and respect them so they can have the best education and information of what is the best for everybody. I wish I could stop the communal riots, arson and ransacking. I wish my hometown to be a peaceful place to live, free from wars, riots or massacres.

In conclusion, if I could change one important thing in my home town, I would change it by doing something concrete to stop the violence so that my hometown becomes an ideal place to live with peace and harmony. (282 Words)
