Use of Either or and Neither nor
दोस्तों आप सब को ठाकोर जोशी इंग्लिश ट्रेनर का नमस्कार| आज हम देखेंगे Use of Either or and Neither nor. ये होते हैं Correlative Conjunctions. इनमे uncertainty or choice का मामला होता है देखते हैं कैसे: -
·
जॉन या डेविड मीटिंग में आएंगे = Either John or David
will attend the meeting. (Any one)
·
मैं मुंबई या बैंगलोर की उड़ान लूंगा = I
will either fly to Mumbai or Bangalore. (Any one)
·
चाबी मधु या मीता के पास होगी = Keys will be either with Madhu or
Meeta. (Uncertainty)
·
हंसा या मधु काम पर आएगी =
Either Hansa or Madhu will come for work. (Uncertainty)
·
मीटिंग में न तो जॉन आया ना ही डेविड =
Neither John nor David attended meeting. (Zero/Nil)
·
मैं ना तो मुंबई जाऊंगा और ना ही बैंगलोर =
Neither I will go to Mumbai nor Bangalore. (Zero/Nil)
·
चाबी ना तो मधु के पास थी न ही हंसा के पास= Neither Madhu nor Hansa had the keys. (Zero/Nil)
·
ना तो हंसा काम पर आई और ना ही मधु = Neither Hansa nor Madhu reported for the work.
(Zero/Nil)
·
किराएदार न तो किराया देता है और ना ही मकान छोड़ता है = Tenant neither pays rent
nor he quits house.
·
किराएदार को या
तो किराया देना चाहिए है नहीं तो
माकन छोड़ना चाहिए = Either tenant should pay rent or quit the premises.
·
यदि Either के साथ ऑफ़ जोड़ दिया जाय तो उसका मतलब हो जाता है दोनों Either of = Both
·
यदि Neither के साथ ऑफ़ जोड़ दिया जाय तो उसका मतलब हो जाता है Zero/Nil Neither of = None
·
दोनों कार अच्छी है हमें पसंद हैं = Either of the
car are good, we like. = Both
·
अभी हम कोई भी कार नहीं खरीदेंगे = Right
now we will buy neither of them. (Zero/Nil)
