Essay: Dream Big Dream Come True

Essay: Dream Big Dream Come True
All human beings have aspirations. Some aspire to become international level sportsman, world famous film star, musician, architect, industrialist, technologist, entrepreneur and many more. People based on their aspirations set their goal. Aspiration in other words is dream. Sizes of dreams vary according to ones desired goal. No one ever aspires for failure, bankruptcy and becoming popper. All aspire to become great no exceptions.
Dreaming is the easy; working on the dream is harder. Dream is a journey. It needs commitment, time, desire, and courage. But rarely something great can be easily realized overnight. Achieving Goal is not a cakewalk. One has to plan and work hard toward fulfilment of goal. On the way there may be many difficulties, hurdles, obstacles and failures. But one must not give in and give up. In the process of work, failure and success are the natural phenomenon. Failures must be taken as a natural process and not a “Stopping Stone”. Every failure teaches something new to follow. One must try persistently and success is sure.
Dreams must always be big because if dreams are small goal is achieved fast and the person is rendered lazy. Dreams must be reasonably big that are achievable with persistent hard work. Once the dream comes true and goal is achieved the person develops high sense of success, accomplishment, self actualization and self esteem.
It is not out of place to cite here the example of a great Indian entrepreneur and creator of gigantic Reliance Empire Late Mr. Dhirubhai Ambani of India. He was born in country side and his father was a School Teacher with a meagre income. Dhirubhai after having passed his tenth grade went to Aden where he was hired as a Gas Station Attendant (petrol pump attendant). One day he dreamed of building his own Oil Refinery. Although it sounds crazy and quixotic an idea for a gas station attendant however this was his dream and he built his dream refinery in Jamnagar India. This is the biggest single grass root Oil Refinery of the world. This is famous world wide as Reliance's 25-Million Metric Ton Oil Refinery. This refinery went on stream in the year 1999. This achievement is attributable to the persistent hard work for pursuing his dream.
In conclusion all big entrepreneurs and achievers have dreams; they work hard to pursue them and finally make their dreams come true by achieving their goals. Hence one must always dream big. Dreams do come true with commitment, persistence and hard work.

Essay - Team Work

“No Team Works out Team Work”
By Dwyane Wade - An American Athlete
No team works out teamwork. This means corporations must embrace the benefits of cooperating with one another explains Simon Mainwaring.
Goal achievement is most precious for which all in the world aspire and there are no exceptions. One thing is for sure that none can achieve the goal by struggling in isolation. One has to work in a team for achievement. Neither a house can be constructed nor can it be demolished by one man. A team of workers only can do it. Construction, repairs and maintenance of houses, roads, railway tracks and numerous numbers of things need teams to work for the goal.
By definition, several people working for a common goal are a team. In a team every member cooperates with each other and contributes his / her expertise and work. Every member feels important and contributes ones best. In every team there is one team leader to guide and supervise the work.
Examples of team are the school, football team, basketball team, cricket team, performing arts team or a project team at office etc. A successful team would reap the best with large profits.
In a team it is most important that every member has a voice and responsibility to fulfil the goals. A successful teamwork is the one where members of the team focus on their assigned task and complete it with their capabilities. Their focus must be only on the high profits to the company or the organisation.
In nutshell, Unity is strength and when there is a teamwork and collaboration, wonderful things can be achieved. Team building creates unity and as all know “Unity is Strength” so united we rise and divided we fall. Hence corporations must embrace the benefits of cooperating with one another says Simon Mainwaring and No team works out teamwork. Team and teamwork are most essential for goal achievement.
