Wrist watch upon completion of 15 years of service, silver coin on completion of 20 years, gold coin upon completion of 25 years and two gold coins upon completion of 35 years of service. I am also a recipient of those. Those gifts are given incentives and admiration an employee’s dedicated service to the corporation. These gifts boost the morale of an employee.
