“Money versus Success”

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Only people who earn a lot of money are successful. Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.
----------------------------------------------

Certainly money is vital. But to say only those people who earn a lot of money are successful is not right. In my opinion those who know how to retain money for long periods and how to multiply money are the successful people. Additionally successful people know how to make money work for them.

There is a direct relationship between innovation and the money. More innovative a person is more successful he or she is. Assertiveness is a quality that is very important in achieving one’s goals. In order to get what one wants in life one has to try hard and develop all these qualities. Another important step in becoming successful is having a career planning. Networking greatly helps in career planning. Through networking and developing maximum number of contacts, one brightens his or her chances of success.

Innovation, assertiveness, career planning, networking, communication skills and relation building lead to “success” resulting into high money inflow but the converse may not be true. To achieve the common goal of success it is necessary to use all of the preceding ideas. By learning to build relationships one learn to deal with different types of people in different situations and therefore enable himself or herself to thrive well in working situations and in everyday life.

In conclusion, although with a great deal of money things can move forward with one’s development. Money is important to be able to carry out plans; however more money doesn’t always lead to greater success. Hence neither money can buy success nor can money be equated with success.
