No team works out teamwork. This means corporations must embrace the benefits of cooperating with one another explains Simon Mainwaring.
Goal achievement is most precious for which all in the world aspire and there are no exceptions. One thing is for sure that none can achieve the goal by struggling in isolation. One has to work in a team for achievement. Neither a house can be constructed nor can it be demolished by one man. A team of workers only can do it. Construction, repairs and maintenance of houses, roads, railway tracks and numerous numbers of things need teams to work for the goal.
By definition, several people working for a common goal are a team. In a team every member cooperates with each other and contributes his / her expertise and work. Every member feels important and contributes ones best. In every team there is one team leader to guide and supervise the work.
Examples of team are the school, football team, basketball team, cricket team, performing arts team or a project team at office etc. A successful team would reap the best with large profits.
In a team it is most important that every member has a voice and responsibility to fulfil the goals. A successful teamwork is the one where members of the team focus on their assigned task and complete it with their capabilities. Their focus must be only on the high profits to the company or the organisation.
In nutshell, Unity is strength and when there is a teamwork and collaboration, wonderful things can be achieved. Team building creates unity and as all know “Unity is Strength” so united we rise and divided we fall. Hence corporations must embrace the benefits of cooperating with one another says Simon Mainwaring and No team works out teamwork. Team and teamwork are most essential for goal achievement.
